Bridal Suit – Cleaning and Breathable Protective Box Package

Your suit is cleaned using our specially developed Baptiste Process®.

After cleaning, it is carefully hand steamed and packed into a sturdy, breathable protective box. Layered with acid-free tissue, this packaging will protect your garments from dust and light, preventing discolouration. Where possible, we will insert an acid-free bodice to help maintain the shape and structure.

There are no customisation or personalisation options with this service. For customised box designs and personalisation please refer to our Cleaning & Preservation Box Packages.

Please note that prior to cleaning, your suit will be inspected.  In the case of a clear discrepancy our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss any payment variance or the return of your dress – carriage chargeable.

If you would like to have other items cleaned and returned with your Suit such as a Top, a Veil, or a cape etc… pleases tick the item(s) you require below.
PLEASE NOTE; These items are not packed or boxed separately. They will be included upon return, in the box with your garments.

Express Service

With our Express Cleaning Service, we can turn around your garment in as little as ten days from receiving it. Need your dress sooner? Give us a call and we can assess and accommodate your needs.

Shipping *

Please choose one option:

• Shipping is a complimentary service, inclusive of an all day, weekday only collection and delivery service, to and from UK Mainland only – please call for Highlands and Channel Islands.
• The courier will bring a plastic box on the day of collection, which you can pack your garments into whilst the courier waits (a sticky bar-coded returns label will be included in the box for the return journey to us).
• Timed and Saturday options are available at a surcharge – price shown is for collection only, delivery options can be added nearer the time of return, if required.
• Personal Collection by Terrington Burchett – One of our team will come and collect your Gown personally and then return once ready *price to be confirmed once postal code and preferred collection date provided – Please contact us for further details.
• If you would like to bring your Gown to us personally, give us a call and we can make an appointment for you to come and see us.

Standard Cover Insurance in Transit – covers up to £1200.00. Additional cover can be purchased below.

• Weekday service is available Tuesday – Friday
• If collected on a Friday, we do not receive until the following Monday
• Date not confirmed until email received after Order submitted to confirm collection scheduled
• Must be 3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) on from your order date (if order placed after 3 pm please allow 4 working days)
• Weekend and timed services are only available if selected above in ‘Shipping’ (charges apply)
